The most popular Norwegian Shares data, apart from live prices, tends to be the candlestick charts. The time period of the charts can usually be varied. You can often alter the candlestick charts to show market movements in the order of 1 minute, 2 minutes, 5 minutes, 10minutes, 1 hour, 1 day or 1 week periods.

4) How do you Spread Bet on the Frontline Market to Go Up?
Frontline Spread Trading Example
Should you decide to spread bet on Norwegian shares such as Frontline then, looking at a spread trading site like Capital Spreads, at the moment you would find a spread betting price of 170.6 NOK - 171.2 NOK.
As a result, you can spread trade on Frontline shares to move above 171.2 NOK or below 170.6 NOK.
If you are spread betting, you bet on every unit the market rises or falls. In the case of the Frontline market a unit is 1 Norwegian Krone of the share's price movement.
In this case, you might choose to spread bet £10 for every Krone that the Frontline share price goes up or down.
Spread Betting on the Market to Increase
If you were to buy Frontline at 171.2 NOK and the shares rose then the market might be re-priced at 179.8 NOK - 180.4 NOK. Therefore, you might decide to close your trade for a profit by selling at 179.8 NOK.
Profit/Loss = (settlement price of the market - opening price of the market) x stake per Krone
Profit/Loss = (179.8 NOK - 171.2 NOK) x £10 per Krone stake
Profit/Loss = 8.6 NOK x £10 per Krone
Profit/Loss = £86.00 profit
The markets can of course fall, if the market had moved down to 163.1 NOK - 163.7 NOK, you might decide to close your bet to prevent further losses. If so, you would sell at 163.1 NOK.
So, with the same £10 per Krone stake:
Profit/Loss = (settlement price of the market - opening price of the market) x stake per Krone
Profit/Loss = (163.1 NOK - 171.2 NOK) x £10 per Krone stake
Profit/Loss = -8.1 NOK x £10 per Krone
Profit/Loss = -£81.00 loss
5) How do you Spread Bet on the Frontline Market to Go Down?
One major benefit of spread trading is that investors can sell the markets.
If you recall, initially the price was 170.6 NOK - 171.2 NOK.
If you were to go short of Frontline at 170.6 NOK and the shares went down then the spread could move to 162.3 NOK - 162.9 NOK. If that were to happen, you could close your spread bet at 162.9 NOK.
Profit/Loss = (opening price of the market - settlement price of the market) x stake per Krone
Profit/Loss = (170.6 NOK - 162.9 NOK) x £10 per Krone stake
Profit/Loss = 7.7 NOK x £10 per Krone
Profit/Loss = £77.00 profit
Markets can also rise, if the market were to rise up to, as an example, 177.3 NOK - 177.9 NOK, you might want to close your bet to prevent further losses. Assuming this was the case, you would buy your spread bet at 177.9 NOK.
With the same £10 per Krone stake:
Profit/Loss = (opening price of the market - settlement price of the market) x stake per Krone
Profit/Loss = (170.6 NOK - 177.9 NOK) x £10 per Krone stake
Profit/Loss = -7.3 NOK x £10 per Krone
Profit/Loss = -£73.00 loss
