2)Where can I find Live Spread Betting Prices for the Google Market?
For US Stocks and Shares spread bets please see the above tables. Where a company offers the relevant market they will also provide clients with live prices on that market.
3) Where can I find Live Charts / Candlestick Charts for the Google Market?
Spread betting companies often offer a variety of free data to their clients (accounts are subject to status, terms and conditions).
The most popular US Stocks and Shares data, apart from live prices, tends to be the candlestick charts. The time period of the charts can usually be varied. You can often alter the candlestick charts to show market movements in the order of 1 minute, 2 minutes, 5 minutes, 10minutes, 1 hour, 1 day or 1 week periods.
With a number of the charts you can also update the settings to help your technical analysis. For example you can add Bollinger Bands and 20, 50 and 100 point Moving Averages and US Stocks and Shares candlestick charts are currently available with:

4) How do you Spread Bet on the Google Market to Go Up?
Google Trading Example
If you are going to spread bet on US shares like Google then, on visiting a spread trading website, you might see a spread trading price of $608.06 - $608.32.
Therefore, you can bet on Google to go higher than $608.32 or to go lower than $608.06.
When spread betting, investors trade on every unit the market goes up or down. With the Google market a unit is $0.01 of the share's price movement.
For this example, you might choose to bet £1 for every cent Google goes up or down.
Buying - Spread Betting on the Market to Increase
If you were to buy Google at $608.32 and the shares rose then the spread might change to $609.69 - $609.95. If that were to happen, you might want to close your bet for a profit by selling at $609.69.
Profit or Loss = (closing value of the market - initial value of the market) x stake per cent
Profit or Loss = ($609.69 - $608.32) x £1 per cent stake
Profit or Loss = $1.37 x £1 per cent
Profit or Loss = £137 profit
Financial markets also move down, if the market decreased to, for example, $607.10 - $607.36, you may want to close your spread bet to prevent further losses. Assuming this was the case, you would sell back at $607.10.
You would do this with the same £1 per cent stake:
Profit or Loss = (closing value of the market - initial value of the market) x stake per cent
Profit or Loss = ($607.10 - $608.32) x £1 per cent stake
Profit or Loss = -$1.22 x £1 per cent
Profit or Loss = -£122 loss
5) How do you Spread Bet on the Google Market to Go Down?
An advantage of using a spread bet is that you can sell the markets.
If you recall, initially the spread betting price was $608.06 - $608.32.
If you were to sell Google at $608.06 and the shares fell then you might see the spread move to $606.57 - $606.83. In that case, you might want to close your spread bet for a profit by buying at $606.83.
Profit or Loss = (initial value of the market - closing value of the market) x stake per cent
Profit or Loss = ($608.06 - $606.83) x £1 per cent stake
Profit or Loss = $1.23 x £1 per cent
Profit or Loss = £123 profit
On the other hand, if the market had increased to $608.89 - $609.15, you might want to close your trade to restrict your losses. If so, you would buy back at $609.15.
Therefore, with the same £1 per cent stake:
Profit or Loss = (initial value of the market - closing value of the market) x stake per cent
Profit or Loss = ($608.06 - $609.15) x £1 per cent stake
Profit or Loss = -$1.09 x £1 per cent
Profit or Loss = -£109 loss
