When making a spread bet, you bet on every unit the market goes up or down. With the Skanska market a unit is 1 Swedish Krona of the share's price movement.

Nevertheless, if the market decreased to, as an example, 120.8 SEK - 121.5 SEK, you might decide to close your bet to restrict your losses. If so, you would sell at 120.8 SEK.
So, with the same £10 per Krona stake:
Profits (or Losses) = (final level of the market - opening level of the market) x stake per Krona
Profits (or Losses) = (120.8 SEK - 128.2 SEK) x £10 per Krona stake
Profits (or Losses) = -7.4 SEK x £10 per Krona
Profits (or Losses) = -£74.00 loss
5) How do you Spread Bet on the Skanska Market to Go Down?
