3) Where can I find Live Charts / Candlestick Charts for the Nasdaq 100 Market?
Spread betting companies often offer a variety of free data to their clients (accounts are subject to status, terms and conditions).
The most popular Indices data, apart from live prices, tends to be the candlestick charts. The time period of the charts can usually be varied. You can often alter the candlestick charts to show market movements in the order of 1 minute, 2 minutes, 5 minutes, 10minutes, 1 hour, 1 day or 1 week periods.
With a number of the charts you can also update the settings to help your technical analysis. For example you can add Bollinger Bands and 20, 50 and 100 point Moving Averages and Indices candlestick charts are currently available with:

4) How do you Spread Bet on the Nasdaq 100 Market to Go Up?
Nasdaq 100 Trading Example
If you are going to spread bet on an index like the Nasdaq 100 then, looking at a spread betting company's website such as Financial Spreads, you may see a spread betting price of 2172 - 2174.
This means you can spread bet on the Nasdaq 100 to move higher than 2174 or to move lower than 2172.
If you are spread trading, you bet on every unit the market moves up or down. For the Nasdaq 100 market a unit is 1 point of the index's price movement.
For this instance, you might decide to trade £2 for every point the Nasdaq 100 moves up or down.
Spread Betting on the Market to Increase
If you bought the Nasdaq 100 at 2174 and the index rose then the spread could move to 2228 - 2230. Assuming this was the case, you could decide to take your profits by closing your spread trade at 2228.
Profits (or Losses) = (settlement price of the market - opening price of the market) x stake per point
Profits (or Losses) = (2228 - 2174) x £2 per point stake
Profits (or Losses) = 54 points x £2 per point
Profits (or Losses) = £108 profit
However, if the market were to drop down to, for example, 2114 - 2116, you might decide to close your bet to restrict your losses. If this were the case, you would sell your trade at 2114.
So, with the same £2 per point stake:
Profits (or Losses) = (settlement price of the market - opening price of the market) x stake per point
Profits (or Losses) = (2114 - 2174) x £2 per point stake
Profits (or Losses) = -60 points x £2 per point
Profits (or Losses) = -£120 loss
5) How do you Spread Bet on the Nasdaq 100 Market to Go Down?
A key advantage of spread betting is that investors can sell the markets.
When we started this example, the spread was 2172 - 2174.
If you were to sell the Nasdaq 100 at 2172 and the index decreased then the spread could become 2108 - 2110. If so, you could close your trade for a profit, if so you would buy at 2110.
Profits (or Losses) = (opening price of the market - settlement price of the market) x stake per point
Profits (or Losses) = (2172 - 2110) x £2 per point stake
Profits (or Losses) = 62 points x £2 per point
Profits (or Losses) = £124 profit
Markets can also rise, if the market had risen to, for example, 2239 - 2241, you may want to close your trade to prevent further losses. If that were to happen, you would buy at 2241.
You would close your bet with the same £2 per point stake:
Profits (or Losses) = (opening price of the market - settlement price of the market) x stake per point
Profits (or Losses) = (2172 - 2241) x £2 per point stake
Profits (or Losses) = -69 points x £2 per point
Profits (or Losses) = -£138 loss
