Should you decide to spread bet on Swedish shares such as Tele2 then, looking at a spread trading company's website such as Paddypowertrader, at the moment you would find a spread betting price of 143.2 SEK - 143.9 SEK.
Therefore, you can spread trade on Tele2 shares to move higher than 143.9 SEK or to move lower than 143.2 SEK.
If you are spread betting, you trade on every unit the market rises or falls. With the Tele2 market a unit is 1 Swedish Krona of the share's price movement.
For example, you might decide to bet £10 for every Krona that the Tele2 share price rises or falls.

Markets can also fall, if the market dropped to, for example, 136.0 SEK - 136.7 SEK, you could choose to close your spread bet to limit your losses. If that happened, you would sell the market at 136.0 SEK.
So, with the same £10 per Krona stake:
Profit or Loss = (final price of the market - opening value of the market) x stake per Krona
Profit or Loss = (136.0 SEK - 143.9 SEK) x £10 per Krona stake
Profit or Loss = -7.9 SEK x £10 per Krona
Profit or Loss = -£79.00 loss
5) How do you Spread Bet on the Tele2 Market to Go Down?
One benefit of placing a spread trade is that investors can go short of the markets.
The original market was priced at 143.2 SEK - 143.9 SEK.
If you were to go short of Tele2 at 143.2 SEK and the shares fell then the spread could change to 133.5 SEK - 134.2 SEK. If that were to happen, you could close your spread bet for a profit by buying at 134.2 SEK.
